Sealed products within 10 days of receipt eligible for a refund less cost of shipping plus 10% restocking fee.

Sealed products within 30 days of receipt eligible for refund less cost of shipping plus 15% restocking fee.

Sealed products after 30 days days of receipt are not eligible for refund.
